i'm not yet to 'needs to go', but he definitely needs to immediately completely change his gameplan/strategy when his team goes up multiple goals, esp 3+. he coaches them to quit w the big lead. prevent defense, dump and chase the rest of the night. conservative. and they collapse. terrible coaching. they need to keep attacking all night.

This is the third time in the last month and a half that the Wings had a 4 goal lead in a game only to lose the lead and be forced to come back. That is sort of alarming but to their credit they did get points in all three of those games. They just have to realize that you can't sit back and relax with that kind of a lead. This game was a case of feeling that even though it happened yet again you showed you can overcome it and that is actually a good sign. Trust the Yzerplan.
