i'm not yet to 'needs to go', but he definitely needs to immediately completely change his gameplan/strategy when his team goes up multiple goals, esp 3+. he coaches them to quit w the big lead. prevent defense, dump and chase the rest of the night. conservative. and they collapse. terrible coaching. they need to keep attacking all night.
