The most pathetic thing is that this game was by far the preds best effort of the series and we still couldn’t win one when we needed it most. Props to the stars. You were enough to get past an uninspired preds team. Let’s see if you’ll be enough for the resurrected blues

Stephen T I agree. Nashville was 0/15 on power plays this series. So unless Dallas can keep an insane penalty kill I see them having a hard time keeping up with the blues. I see St. Louis in 5

We handled the blues 4 out of the 5 games this year, they also played us 3 times without Bishop. We’re fine, and if anything the blues should be worried about us

"winner wont make it passed the 2nd round" This statement indicates that you didn't even know which team won the series even though Stars just eliminated the Preds. Mistakes in one single game doesn't seal one team's fate in the playoffs. In that case you should go back and watch the first two games the Red Wings played in the 2002 playoffs. But anyway, as a Stars fan I don't expect this team to have a legit shot at the cup but as a long time follower of hockey I know that anything can happen in the playoffs, as shown especially so far this year. As mediocre as they have been since 2016 I didn't even expect them to make the playoffs, let alone win a round or even put up much of a fight. But the way the Stars are playing right now is a major turnaround and if they go out in 4 against everybody's new favorite team St Louis I'll still be perfectly happy with the season.
