arkansaswookie Simmonds? Gone? Holy shit, they'd be giving away their best player. Doesn't get the attention he deserves, but he's better than Giroux and Voracek will ever be. Wayne's definitely in the top 30 players in the world, as much as I hate to admit it since I've always hated the Flyers. He can do EVERYTHING. Score, fight, hit, dangle, kill penalties, etc. Giroux just doesn't deserve the 10 million/1st line center role he's been handed because of one good year where Jagr made him look good. Simmonds would be even more of a loss than Hartnell was, who honestly should have been the captain. Hell, I haven't even mentioned Jeff Carter and Mike Richards, two phenomenal players who didn't deserve to be traded, but ehh at least they got themselves some Cups, so can't be too angry over that.

Voracek has elevated Giroux's game for sure.
