I remember being a little kid watching patrick lalime let in those goals vs toronto in game 7, back when the battle of Ontario was at its peak. I remember crying as my cousins from Toronto called me to rub it in my face, I went up to my room and ripped up my Patrick Lalime autographed poster I had from meeting him through the Timbits hockey program. The next day the newspaper had an image with one of the goals replacing the puck with a beach ball and showed that Toronto would have still scored. I'm 29 today and will still never forgive that dingus for that game 7 performance.

That Ron Francis goal in 1992 STILL haunts me to this day. Rangers up 2-1 in the series, and had a 2 goal lead AND a 5 minute major power play with 15 minutes left in the game. Figured they'd come out of that with AT LEAST a 3 goal lead with 10 minutes to play. Basically, already celebrating a 3-1 lead in the series. And they not only get stopped in the entire 5 minute power play, but Richter gives up that horrendous goal right after. so instead of a 3 goal lead with 10 to play, it was a 1 goal lead...then a tie game just a minute and 15 seconds later. Then an overtime loss. Then a lost series. So much for the President's trophy that year!

@@s69-5 It's still embarrassing for Kovalev because all he cared about was trying to sell the slashing call. That is why they always teach you to play until the whistle. 8:44 I was there for that one! Thought for sure they'd lose it after taking the double minor, but in less than a second Quick coughed it up and Steen buried it. Enterprise Center went effing nuts (or was it Savvis Center at that point?).

I remember being at the Avs game when that OT goal happened. There was a San Jose fan right next to us and seeing him pout after that went in made my night!

That Robin Lehner one,he didn't even bend over, the puck went between his legs while he was still standing, might have been his last play with the knights!

These were all brutal, but a puck to the face leading directly to a goal is just literal insult to injury
