@dead pixel ok I will first of all he always chokes in the playoffs and he can only get his wins against semi good teams plus he's way too old and the only reason the rangers haven't traded him yet is because of his no trade rule on his multi million dollar contract in which the rangers are paying him WAY too much in as they don't even use him anymore. Also,does anyone else think it's wrong that the rangers won 3/4 cups when there were only 6 teams in the league? I mean cmon that's not really even a Stanley cup

@@NotFurious Clearly you have no level of respect for the game of Hockey and it's players. Lundqvist is a hall of famer plain and simple and if you can't understand that well maybe you should stick to watching basketball instead. He's an old veteran now and no longer the Rangers starter that's as clear as day but he carried the Rangers to some very deep playoff runs, something the Islanders haven't seen for many many years. He never "choked", he was a brick wall in about 98% of situations when he was in his prime. You'd be lucky if you ever saw an Islander goaltender as good as Lundqvist in your life. But the Icelels struggle with goalie development that's no secret. Blessed with Lehner and he didn't wanna be there. Lundqvist is most likely retiring very very soon and good on him, he had an amazing career and is a hall of famer even without a cup. Also don't even get me started on the Islanders cup wins. The 80's are long since gone kid.
