Hi, only at question 2, but certainly in Scotland, the interviews are competency based. So you need to give an example of your practice based on those competencies. Do you have any videos relating to this style of interview?

Hi @careervidz I recently had a band 7 interview and they said because I didn't mention lunch breaks, smart goals ( even though I mentioned action plans and targets) and enough about equity of environmental issues...I believe these were petty reasons and they give to internal rather then external...can you please help me on this

This is why I feel jobs shouldnt be advertised when there are internal candidates interested . It's such a waste of time and resources as well. Such a silly excuse. Lunch breaks?
