謝謝你的提問！很高興你對娘惹粽有興趣！😊 關於藍花染色的比例，一般我會使用 10克蝶豆花（藍花），搭配 300毫升的水 煮成藍色汁液。這個比例可以充分染色約 300克糯米，讓糯米呈現漂亮的藍白相間效果。 如果你喜歡顏色更濃郁，可以稍微多加一些蝶豆花，或者煮的時間久一點，讓色澤更飽滿～有任何問題都可以隨時問哦，期待看到你的作品！🌸💙

第一层蒸15分钟 第二层蒸25分钟 总共蒸40分钟 期间确实需要留意水量，避免水干锅影响蒸的效果！这款糕點可以随时开盖加水😊
