Stampy! There is a spell called Astra which you need Astra, do all of Horace's riddles, go back to Ara Memoriae, speak to Horace, the answer of that riddle is Wizard's Robes, then Horace gives you the spell Astra, the strongest light spell and one of the most powerful spells in the game.

Stop giving false information. Horace is just a friend of the wizard king, not the wizard king himself. Gallus is the wizard king. He is the only wizard to ever use two wands at the same time (Astra and Mornstar), Horace was just Gallus's close friend who is in charge of teaching Cassiopeia spells.
