This was a true showcase of the talent that Nia truly has. This shows what I always say, dance moms doesn't give you a real world look at the talent that she has an doesn't show the truly powerful dancer that she is! I usually never comment but I just have to say that this dance makes it obvious that nia is really talented and that Abby and Gianna's flexed feet solos and 5 year old choreography doesn't display what Nia can do. Judging by 2:10 , Nia has a TREMENDOUSLYY strong core. She is perfect for dance's choreographed with lots of lifts. Her partner clearly had no difficulty manuevering her around his body. Beautiful, Nia! Just gorgeous!

Nia has been dancing in the off broadway musical Trip of Love in NYC. An off broadway theater is slightly smaller than a Broadway theater. She is the youngest dancer, the only teen dancing with adults. I have heard she is phenomenal in the show, but I have only seen snippets of her dance. Dance Moms has opened alot of doors for Nia. Being in LA provides opportunities that she would not be exposed to in Pittsburgh. Yes, Abby is awful to Nia on the show and doesn't give her the best opportunities. However, Nia's training at the ALDC has prepared her to dance, act & sing outside of the world of competitive dance. I don't like Abby's methods, however, as a result of being on the elite dance team Nia has a thick skin, takes disappointment well, and keeps going. Nia is a star in her own life. Let's celebrate her accomplishments and see the show for what it is; an opportunity for young dancers to get exposure outside of the world of dance.
