You could totally cut off the other 2 bedrooms and bathroom and it would still be a great size for a couple with no kids! Especially with that office area in the middle

In the laundry room you can put in a freezer chest across from the washer and dryer or put a sorting table for laundry and put shelves above it forr extra storage

Nice single. For more storage add cabinets over washer area. Plus put a mobile on wheels cabinet across from the desk for a pantry. In master bath put shower at tub area & extend closet wall over at shower area for larger closet. Replace dble sink w/nice large single sink cabinet, slide over toilet & put 3 tier cabinet in the corner. ☺️ Thanks for the tour.

Great price. I just wish the bathrooms had small windows above the showers for natural.light like some of the other models have.

I know I’m late but the master bedroom I would move the tub where the showers and the shower where the tub at. Plus I would take the desk out and make the master bedroom bigger plus adding a larger closet more like walk in

It can be made as a 4 bdrm as well. Its optional if you rather not have the computer (office space) rm. I ordered this one with the extra bedrm (4th bedrm). 😊

I bought a single wide by Clayton in 2017. Barely a year after that it started falling apart inside and outside. Appliances without handles, siding coming off, guest shower wall,microwave has a short in it. There was even a piece of pieced linoleum in kitchen plus more. I contacted the corporate office as well as the J&M Mobile Homes. I was told after a year it was all COSMETIC. My home burned and I had burns or I would have taken more time. But Clayton screwed me over

We are in Michigan and looking at Clayton homes next month, singlewides… did the warranty say they don’t cover cosmetics??
