My grandmother owned a fleetwood for 28 years and we are now searching for our families new forever home. Her only request was to have drywall because our old home had the paper Sheetrock panels with baton strips and the electric bill was always high and home stayed freezing in winter. We really like the drywall in king air, however during my research I’ve read many many reviews about this home’s manufacturer Giles having a really bad roof leak on the marriage line from day one that leads to mold in wall from front door to first bedroom. Which is why we aren’t choosing this home and are now choosing the more expensive schult rockwell enterprise. Due to amount of people who had to replace roof on Giles home king air, and it’s not worth saving a few bucks for our forever home to be infested with mold due to the faulty marriage line on this home. Otherwise it’s a beautiful floor plan and we really liked the drywall, which is why we looked at this home prior to choosing the schult Rockwell home

Should of put bedrooms first then the family room at the end that way to family can watch tv at same time and they don't drown out each other and gives both there on living room space

In my house when there are two living spaces like this, only the Den/Family Room will have a tv. The formal Living Room would not have a tv in there at all, in this day & time most people have tv's in their bedrooms anyway, so problem solved....

I love the floor plan but it would have to be all sheetrocked. You have great prices where you're at, a house like that in northern Nevada 160,000 base price

Two major things that are now way deals for me here. Vents in the floors and never ever will I buy a MH that has Vinyl Panel walls. And those two things are not a cheap fix. Otherwise this house would be fabulous! All the doors in all the right places to have a side Garage and a Deck out back! The layout is brilliant. I don't even care about the wire closet racks. I could live with that. I will look for this model by name as it evolves.

I can't go to clayton home they threaten me they call me when I was in a doctors office I do them I was in the doctors office they did not listen to me. Yes I went on their site to look and ask question about the homes but I never got a call. Yes I was at first upset about the homes being mobile I grew up here in ky during the 1974 tornadoes. Mobile homes torn apart. I judged but was never corrected by them with mobile homes are better today than those past years. All I got was threats.
