I like seeing the single-wide home more than the double-wide. My reasons are: They are less expensive overall to buy and place on one's property, they are more economical for running utilities and regular maintenance, and I've already raised my family and don't want/need a huge amount of space.

With a kitchen like THAT, I could always add another rack of shelves. This single wide has a pantry, separate utility room, and a big tub as well as a good sized separate shower in the master bath. Some of the bigger models don't have that!! I love this single wide!!!💜💜💜

Be still my heart! A kitchen with lots of cupboards and one I could really cook in!!! AND A PANTRY!!! Oh YES!!! The island is wonderful! Even a linen closet! This is a homerun for sure and is going on my list!!! Thank you Chance for bringing in some single wide videos!!! I love this!!!! WOWOWOW! The only thing I would change would opting for the tile shower, double racks in the closet, and cabinets in the laundry room!

Sometimes I think they’d be better off going with only 2 bedrooms and making the 2nd bedroom and bathroom a little bigger. But if you needed office space or a storage room the 3rd would work

I saw a great single-wide years ago with a great kitchen, but also instead of that small section bedroom, They put that space into an office, sitting area, hobby room, off the master bedroom. The closet backed it and was a wonderful large straight shot. The bathroom was on the other side of the room. The only other bedroom was in the front of the home and bigger than usual. I always wondered why you would only see one really different plan like that one and about 10 nearly identical single-wide's with the nasty tiny kitchen and everything felt small and cramped. Do they have design contests for these I wonder? If not, they should!

I agree. With our current single wide we knocked out the wall to the extra middle bedroom and turned it into an open dining area. Makes the house even bigger. We have a 1984 single wide shingles on the roof (new 2020), new siding 2018, new windows 2015 and new doors 2015. New HVAC and AC unit 2017, 16×76- 1216 Square feet which has plenty of space. Would like to upgrade to a newer single wide though.

I would definitely purchase this to set up as a rental. It’s VERY nice. I’d like to see if a couple feet could be taken off of the island to make room for a dining table. The pantry is GREAT to have.

For similar square footage, guest bedroom away from the master, and 2 bathrooms? AND utility room? ..... not to mention not having to share a wall, ceiling, or floor with another family?! wow!

I love looking at home videos for two reasons, they are nice, and two bc in about 3-4 years a friend and I want to move into a place (probably apartment) of our own and watching videos of so many different types of places we send them back and forth to eachother pointing out things we like in all and are basically getting our wants for a future place. I love like in this place the big kitchen and that the rooms aren’t on top of each other so privacy is nice. 😊💕

I like seeing singlewides as much as I do the doubles and modulars. I'm always curious to see how they have changed and what new and/or innovative ideas the builders have designed. I think it's important to showcase all the different price points and styles. Sometimes people just do not want a doublewide or they're just starting out and a singlewide can be a great way to put down new roots or maybe even downsize to something smaller. Just my very humble thoughts. This is really cute and the perfect size for my hubby and me. Since I LOVE cooking this kitchen is awesome!!!

I didn't see any of the typical single-wide interior walls with the boards and strips... I really like that. It made a world of difference... I've never seen a single wide without it. It definitely was a very nice single wide. Absolutely fantastic kitchen... Love the windows and the separate utility room.

I love this single wide. The floor plan is the same as my last single wide though it had a corner wood-burning fireplace that had a fan venting out the warmth. Came in handy when furnace was out for a couple of days for repair.

I don't know where they came up with the idea to put the closet thru the bathroom; to me I'm thinking of humidity when you take a shower- the dampness I like the entrance in the bedroom too. Sometimes I wish they would give two options for the master bedroom that would be great.

66K is a very good price. I can see why it's so popular. I like all the windows. This to me looks like the perfect combo of the nicest you can get for the least amount of potatoes, greenery, coinage, certificates AKA money. I like that there are no vinyl panel walls.

Why would anybody want to buy these? My Dad was in the mobile home business. They are cheaply made still today, high winds, tornadoes will rip them to spreads. In the mid south, I've seen too much of it. I rather build a tiny house to my specifications than buy a pre fab mobile home from companies like Fleetwood or Champion. I own a tough red brick home, no HOA, thrown up piece of garbage that you pay thousands of dollars to a contractor for!
