Yep, thats the only reason why i can imagine he knocked the same guy 20 times without realizing what they are doing. Well, thats some kind of teaming isnt it? Easy to solve: just remove the +100 after the second knock and revive if its the same guy you revived/knocked.

Not really, if you reknock you don't get any extra EVO points. And since he's 1HP after being rez they only get about 20 EVO from damage

The team benefit the revive knock everyone get bonus but the person shooting only gets it for himself unless his teammate gets assists somehow
