Nicholas Bahri was convicted in April of killing three people, including the execution of a 6-year-old boy. During his sentencing, however, he claimed it was a lie and cover-up as he tried to use his time to speak to proclaim his innocence.

aMaized. How can anyone stand up and make that statement that you made concerning CORRUPTION? You live in one part of The United States and you used the word, THOUGH OUT. Prove it. Prove it. There are approximately 94 District Courts, there are 13 Circuit Courts, and 1 United States Supreme Court, and countless State and Municipal Courts all across The United States, so how can you make such a claim as you did when anyone with 1/2 ounce of Common Sense knows that you made a false claim? Corrupt Societies encourage lying and with your claim about our Justice System bring Corrupt, you must be a part of it because you were less than truthful. Sad thing about your statement is that I have seen a little of what you are talking about, but only in the area that I live in. Police Corruption was heavy in my area that I live in once, ☹️ Officers lying under oath and accusingly citizens of wrong doing only to have the Courts to overturn the Convictions and pay out thousands of dollars for these WRONGFUL CONVICTIONS and rightfully in doing so. You are correct but don't make s statement that can harm your credentials. Take care and stand on your belief and what you have come to believe in your area and start the change there.

The evidence was compelling enough for the court of appeals to grant the oral agreement because they want to hear more and see more about this evidence. The hearing is this week. June 5th at 10AM at the Frank Murphy Hall of Justice downtown Detroit.

Come on now. Why is a judge over 90 still working on the bench ?. Judges need to be forced into retirement at 75 if they don’t choose to do so themselves. A judge serving 60+ years on the bench is wrong because defendants have the legal rights to have a judge who is 100% coherent and mentally fit. No 90 year old is mentally fit enough to convict criminals. Not a single 1.

Here is what Michigan Supreme Court says about a defendant's right to Allocute. “‘Allocution" generally refers to ‘[a]n unsworn statement from a convicted defendant to the sentencing judge in which the defendant can ask for mercy, explain his or her conduct, apologize for the crime, or say ANYTHING ELSE, in an effort to lessen the impending sentence.”4 People v Petty, 469 Mich 108, 119 n 7 (2003) Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure 32(i)(4) provides that the court must "address the defendant personally in order to permit the defendant to speak or present any information to mitigate the sentence.

I asked my cousin how he could handle a profession where you defend murderers, rapists, pedophiles, and other very bad people. He told me regardless of what they did, everyone deserves a fair trial. I have been thinking about those words for many years, debating the 6th amendment with myself. After watching this video, it all makes sense. Thank god for the 6th amendment and HONEST defense attorneys. Nicholas is clearly no saint. But if the accusations and assertions are making is true, and he makes a very compelling case for them being so, he is 100% being steamrolled by the court as a scapegoat for the family to get "justice," the prosecution to get a conviction, and the judge to get whatever backroom deal he seems to have been offered.

The judge attempting to limit the scope of his statement is disgusting and surely is outright violation of his rights.

That is because you don'tr know that the entire court system is systemically corrupted and I do. I know it is systemically corrupted because this similar thing has happened to me. I have forged court room exhibits of the police in WIsconsin suffocating me and they charged me for 3 felonies i was found guilty of because they used a black fuzzy box on the photos and video to block out the blue glove that was seen over my mouth and nose when theywere suffocating me. The judge, the prosecutor and 7 of my own public defenders, the FBI and the Dept fo so-called Justice alkl knew about this before, during and after it happened and yet, 10+ years later those false and fraudulent felonies are still on my record even though their intent was to lie to two different juries and put me in prison for the rest of my life and the entire system knew that this was going on and no one moved to correct this obvious malicious prosecution. I actually have two more feklonies iu was also bright up on and convicted of. Four of them were after they drugged me and the first time was 21 days after i was found to be disabled from the removal of my pituitary glkand when iw as just 15 years old that they never had any legal or medical reason to do that to me. They did it to sell it to other patients for human growth hormones. Once you know how corrupted the entire US Government is, you will see them as evil 100% over. From personal experience, police absolutely lie under oath, and judges turn a blind eye to it. Police lied under oath in my case also. As much money and weight this guy is claiming, I have absolutely no doubt there is a large case of corruption in this case. The family of the deceased has been put under a spell of the prosecution to persuade them from believing anything this man has to say. I often ask, how can we be judged by our peers when only those with no felony convictions are allowed to be placed in a jury. Majority of the people that are allowed are so far in the dark on how the judicial system is really ran, and have absolutely zero clue on the workings of the criminal world. Their only experience is fictional TV shows that completely obscure the thinking of the process of how forensics, the narco world, and the criminal enterprise runs. With no oversight on life long termed judges, crooked narcotics officers pocketing so much narco money on scene, and political influences the judge and DA are influenced by, the normal American are the truly ones that are blind in the judicial system. For profit prisons sending so many lobbyists with suitcases packed with money in order to over their prisons to lines their pockets with the profits they make on their modern day slaves. Overpriced commissary, the amount of money just to be able to call home, all the way to the total amount each prisoner has on the books are all used to generate profit for the CEOs that run these for profit prisons. In the same time, overpopulation, lack of resources, funding for resources, rehabilitation programs for prisoners, safety for each prisoners, proper edible food for each prisoner, and anything to distract people from the fact they are within an 8x5 prison cell is practically nonexistent. This is designed by plan to force anyone that actually has a chance to get out to reoffend to be placed back in to continue the revenue flow. This doesn't even count the extreme number of legitimate innocent people that have lost 30, 40, 50 years of their life if they were lucky enough to have been found to be innocent. Then, those that were put to death, even as they were screaming of their innocents seconds before being executed. This judicial system is broken, flawed, and the corrupt politicians, CEOs, law enforcement officials, and judicial system have found a way to extort their gains from it.

This is the first I've heard of this case. I am from a family with a lot of legal experience and many experiences with judges who act outside the law and it should never happen, but it does. These prosuctutors and judges, investigators and police have a disgusting habit of doing whatever they feel is neccessary, in order to gain a conviction, until you stop them They take advantage of people, until those people say enough is enough. But the judge trying to cut him off and limit the scope of his statement, REALLY PISSED ME OFF. So I decided to post the laws for everyone to see.

And the reason is that this is his sentencing hearing and mot an appeal of his conviction.

The family accused the police of stealing $200,000 Thats a red flag on the police. The guy says sentanced to death. Judge said its not death. proceeds to sentance to life without parole! (Seems like death to me)
