Brings back so many memories, especially when the beeper goes off lol. Always end up telling them to move, because its just easier than trying to talk them through it. I dont envy tech support over the phone. Worked tech support at a lot of major tech corporations as well as sys admin and network admin. It had its perks, the companies paid for a lot of my certs like A+, MCP and MCSE.

As an IT guy that doesn’t treat people like shit and has actual social skills (though not all do), I still love this. I’m American and don’t think we could do the It crowd as well as the brits. They made a pilot that bombed.
