It was a tough loss. The grieving process takes time. You don’t fully get over it. The first year is the toughest I would think. Unfortunately this is now his second sibling. He really loved Aaron and some people are not seeing that. Esp the fact he has known Aaron since the day he was born. He did more along with his sister Angel more so then their parents. It’s hard dealing with an addict especially when they don’t want to see what they are doing to not only themselves to their loved ones. I think what’s killing him is if they were on the way of making amends( so it was said) he might not have talked to him yet. Beautiful lyrics. It fits given the circumstances

@@JTScott1988 Aaron refused help. You can’t tie someone down. I recently saw past clips where he had a dui a few years back and Nick was trying to reach out and Aaron kept changing his number. We don’t know what was happening behind closed doors. Apparently their sister Angel begged Aaron to let them help two days before and he refused again. After the hurtful things he had done to both Nick and Angel they still loved him. Mental health can take over a person and it’s hard to watch. Didn’t mean he didn’t love him.

@@Lma894 aaron never got the love he needed so help wasn’t possible. Remember his brother and mother used him up starting at age seven. They called him “the cash cow”. Lolz And then when he had a hard time due to their abuse and usage they abandoned him. At least near the end asrons mom tried to make amends.

Also don't pretend Nick was this great brother either though. This is complete hogwash. He was nowhere near this. There is a middle ground to the truth and it isn't what either side seem to be presenting.

I know from my own experience how difficult it is to process such a severe loss. This will need time. I think at first you're just mad because you couldn't prevent it. And only after that comes the actual mourning phase. I know Nick loved his little brother and always will.
