Ehh I’d say this one is definitely one of the more (ha pun) popular songs from More and that era, definitely compared to other songs they played like Point Me To The Sky and Atom Heart Mother

And here, I thought that I was the only one in North America who knew about the _More_ soundtrack. I bought the album when it first came out, and I saw the movie. (Fine film! Directed by Barbet Schroder, born in Iran, later came to the U.S.A and made _Single White Female._ ) Later, while working at a record shop, I ordered an English pressing of the album. Of course the English pressing had to be better! It wasn't. The U.S. version of _The Nile Song_ had an odd effect of the bass being mostly in one channel, which on headphones, sounded like your right brain was blasting out your left brain. That version may have had the channels out of phase from one another.
