The love in Nick’s eyes at the end of season 2 when he’s saying goodnight to Charlie never fails to make me tear up. God he’s so in love it’s palpable through the screen and one million kudos to Kit Connor for being able to do that!! It’s one of my favorite scenes in the entire show. Joe and Kit absolutely bring these characters to life and they do such a phenomenal job with it

i think one of the things that shows how much he loves Charlie that is less obvious is in the last scene - after smiling and staring at him in the doorway so in love, the moment he has to close the door and Charlie is out of sight, Nick’s expression becomes so troubled and sad. it shows that love isn’t just wanting to be around someone or openly liking them romantically, it’s worrying about them when they aren’t there. love is committing to constant anxiety for your partner, being scared for them even when they are content, wanting to help them even when you can’t, wanting them to see themselves how you see them. love is terrifying because it means you have given a part of yourself to them, and have taken on a part of them in you, so if either is hurt it will hurt you both.

That is beautiful, so true, it's the best Queer love story I have ever seen, Nick's been in Love with Charlie from the start, it shows the pain he feels when Charlie is away from him or when he gets hurt whilst going through he's own ordeals and accepting himself whilst being supportive to Charlie and all their friends. And the fact that Nick pretty much told Charlie he loved him at the end of S2. It's too beautiful!!!! And I can actually see my own relationship in theirs, you are spot on.

I am so sorry you are feeling this way, I have been there some relationships are lessons and I learned a lot from them, I was hurt pretty badly so I closed up and was single for 12 years, I didn't think I would ever find the one, in the most surprising way my missing half had been in front of me for 10 years, we were just not ready, we are now engaged, the reason why I love this show so much is the fact that's it's beautifully done the cast are amazing there's never been a Queer story like this and I can see my relationship in theirs and that made me love my Golden Retriever aka Baby, Mon Amour even more and be grateful to have found him. Best Queer love Series ever, I cannot stop saying it or watching the series, YT edits, their interviews, it's so beautiful, Nick and Charlie are the foundation of what love is, I will say this again Nick's fell hard for Charlie and pretty much already shown and told Charlie he loves him in many ways, but at the end of season 2 he does, mum interrupts, so in my eyes he says it first. The way he simply licks chocolate of he's nose says it, the way he drops off the rugby match to go to Charlie, comes out to mum. dad, brother, friends, he's loving, supportive, protective and proud of Charlie and Charlie loves Nick also, he's got scars from what happened to him bless him. I hope season 3 is still light but the things I have read about need to be shown. Guys let's support the cast, the series and each other I think we are all going to need each other for support, who's with me? We got time to prepare.

For the “recharging” scene I love it in the Comics when Charlie is like “those are my dimples excuse me” like ICON and the hickey scene is like c: what are you doing? n: kissing your neck.
