Already listing it before the end of the year haha. as someone from Missouri, it isn’t all a shithole. There’s parts that are clearly trashy but there’s areas like that in every state, some worse than others. I’ve lived in a few different states now and I’m moving back to Missouri in the summer. I build homes for a living and run a bbq catering business on the side, been in California since 2021 and getting raked over the coals with the taxes and prices for stuff out here compared to back home. Even Denver seemed quite a bit cheaper for a majority of stuff, minus housing
