German here, never heard that uster means something like resurrection. The word is Auferstehung and the word is derived from Aufstehen, meaning to stand up. Basically "getting up again". Oster (Easter) is actually derived from Ostara, a Germanic goddess of spring ... So yeah. Bs.

I was barely paying attention to him, but he lost me when he recommended the KJV. Justing from the Deconstruction Zone would have a few things to say about that, and the prophecies. Not sure how he got over the footnotes in the bible by praying and feeling a nice feeling after he did so.

going to sleep with an axe in his hand then he saw bright light and felt love. that is whats called the twighlight zone. i dont mean sci-fi i mean between awake and asleep where you let go of reality and you imagination replaces your reality. i bet tones that if his wife was their she wouldnt of seen this light and felt this love he discribed. meaning its all in his imagination. he would be better off wakeing up and packing up his stuff ready to go.

I'm german and he's wrong, "Auferstehung" has nothing to do with Ostern, it comes from the germanic Goddess Ostara (Osten), the goddess of spring and fertility. He's just another believer who doesn't know what he's talking about

This guy is simply ignorant. Mark is very clear that the disciples asked about the preparation of Passover on the Day of Preparation, when the lamb was sacrificed (Mark 14:12). John is equally clear, explicitly saying that Jesus was judged by Pilate on the Day of Preparation (John 19:14). These statements cannot be reconciled. He also misrepresents Psalm 22: It says nothing at all about piercing; ‘like a lion’ (כארי’) is parallel with ‘dogs have encompassed me’, continuing the animal metaphors begun with ‘bulls’. He also completely misrepresents the count of years.

Theists do not understand the bible either. Biblical literalism is grounded by Scripture, so most Theists have no clue how to prove the Bible true, since they do not care what it actually says
