In this video we profile Nick Tilsen, a citizen of the Oglala Lakota Nation, who was arrested at Standing Rock for protesting the Dakota Access Pipeline. Nick talks about what inspired him to return to the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in South Dakota - the poorest county in the US - and the 10-year, $60 million development project the organization he founded is building there from the ground up.
