I agree but remember there's 2 types of training. Strength training can't just focus on the muscle and be able to compete at high levels hence why bodybuilders are way weaker than powerlifters and strongmen...but look better. You better ego lift if you want to be the strongest. You only leave it at the door if you simply want to look like you're the strongest.
