I appreciate the fact that you praise the machine workouts. I'm 43 and I gave up doing bar work for my chest and have gone to more machines and cables. Its just what I connect better with.

I personally find nothing wrong in Nick repeating how he trains each particular body part. Bodybuilding is a repetitive process and it is always helpful to drill down the fundamentals. I would highly encourage Nick to explain his approach time and again.

I know this isn't a back vid. But I can't wait to see your back development when u diet down for contest. You had really great progress during Arnold and Mr O. I'd love it if you had your arms up a bit more doing lats spread, with those oak trees for arms, u hide your lats a bit. A littlebit higher with arms( around your lower ribs) and it's lights out. Boom baby.

Nick, no one suggested it on the podcast but what are your thoughts on Jay Cutler's brand to sponsor you? No real huge athlete names with huge name brand recognition for life like you said you wanted. Jay is a roll model of yours and you have similar workout vibes as him. He would also be cool with any coach for you, probs would suggest Hany and help work that relationship out with him.

I prefer the smith machine and dumbbells over barbell any day because I’ve seen countless torn pecs and rotator cuff injuries from bench press I’m not saying flat bench press doesn’t work it’s that I choose not to do it because it didn’t get my chest any bigger
