Nick’s form on the one armed dumbbell row is impeccable. No twisting of the torso, great stretch on the negative, and no momentum no matter the weight.

Some people do a slight twist when doing one armed db squeezing when you do a slight twist you can actually feel your lat working more then keeping it straight and stretch

You are actually supposed to twist your torso at the end of the pull for full let contraction, ask any one who knows the anatomy of the body and how the muscles work.

I saw a video of Cbum tje other day doing an appearance at a supplment atore and the line was a hu dred or ao people long and all of them were young people. That is what the industry needs.
