Hey everyone! I made this video because I try to make my recommendations as accessible to everyone as I can and (love them or hate them) Amazon is accessible to a lot of people. However many of these items can be found at local or smaller retailers, so if you can find these things at other places - awesome! Just use this as a guide if that works for you! 😀

Love the recharger and the Mr. Siga. I might get the marble tray for my son for Christmas; men always need a place on their bureau to throw change and keys, etc. But, Nick, honey. The deli containers? If you ever get Chinese take out, just save the containers from the soups and dinners. (Do you have Chinese take out in BC? If not, you should protest.) They're very good quality and included with the meal. I think of it as recycling them. ;) But this may only be in my area. If so, I feel badly for them.

Mason jars are safer & more versatile than deli containers: 1. No plastic leaching into food 2. Don’t warp in dishwasher 3. Same lids fit all sizes of containers 4. Can store dry foods as well as liquids of any temperature 5. Can be sterilized 6. Can make fermented foods like refrigerator pickles 7. Don’t absorb food odors Too useful to let Farmhouse look deter you!

Years ago purchased a television by Essoni. The appeal of their televisions were that the frames were made of wood and natural stone. The company never took off really. It was an LG Asian company. I loved that tv. I still have it. One day the screen went blank but I could still hear the volume. 😭 it’s so beautiful…I couldn’t bring myself to throw it away. Maybe one day I’ll get an expert to fix it. The wood on that television frame is a work of art. It was considered an Italian wood frame. Aqua verve use to sell the wooden water dispensers. I love mines and I keep it upstairs. You have to tote the 5 gallon water upstairs is the only drawback.

For food storage I prefer the square boxes as you loose less space in the fridge or cupboard. I have the Delonghi dinamica plus coffee machine. My ONE regret about my Samsung Frame is getting one too big. We don’t even use that space for our major gaming or tv watching, and I got a size that I would use for that instead of getting one to blend into the space, if that makes sense. If I got a smaller one, it would look more “natural” and better fitting in the space that I have it in. I should have planned more from a “what size picture/art would I hang here” instead of a “what’s the biggest size I can fit in here”. If it’s going to be your main tv, get whatever size is best for your seating distance, but if you can have more flexibility with size, I recommend looking at it from a different way. Now I have a randomly way too large “art piece” on a wall space that doesn’t make sense. I should have gotten one to fill 2/3 of the wall space width, like I would for actual art, instead of like 90% coverage so I could have a huge screen I didn’t actually need.

An unusual tip for the Frame TV… I put one in my bedroom but not in my den (yet). It keeps my bedroom feeling calm and luxe and I didn’t have to put any kind of media furniture to accommodate it. Since most people expect to see TVs in a den, it’s easier to work it into a cohesive look. I’ll eventually put one in my den too, but I think it was more bang for my buck in my bedroom. Esp because you enter the room with the tv wall on your right, so you’re staring into the side of it, so that super thin, sleek frame is awesome. It’s also a great tv! Watch Amazon & Best Buy for open box deals. I saved hundreds on mine.

Hi Nick, I think that spatula looks great! Totally could use that. The cutting boards would make nice gifts, but we usually don’t spend quite that much on each other (extended family). Now, the espresso machine-Rolls Royce is right!!!? Come on, that is just over the top!! $2500 - that buys a whole lotta latte (and espresso) at Starbucks, maybe a few years worth. It just doesn’t make sense for budget minded people. Love your videos - always fun and interesting!!

The soap dispenser makes me side eye. I am so old school that when I hand wash dishes I use a plastic washbasin in the sink -- squirt in the soap, fill it with hot soapy water and drop in the dishes: it wastes less water, gets the dishes cleaner, and uses much less soap! The "wash dishes under running water into an unplugged sink" just bugs me.

My son is a line cook and brings food home from the restaurant in deli containers all the time! I love them because I really hate single-use plastics (Handi-wrap, Zip Loc bags). A multitude of uses. (Yes I know that restaurants over-use them. I can only control my own world. 😄 )

i like the stone wireless charger for the living room side tables, i use my fast apple charger in my bedroom but when i’m in the living room it’s nice to have a charger sitting there that looks nice that guests can use and to top up my phone if it’s getting low w/o having to have a million charging cubes around
