Im getting tempted to upgrade my phone from 14 pro max to 15 pro max this week. Mainly because of camera but I’ve watched some yt video regarding the small upgrades about it and including this video as well. I’ll stick with my deep purple 14 pro max until the 19th gen will come out lol. This phone of mine is 2yrs old now and I still loving it, the battery works really good as well. I’m not trying to glaze, but I feel like this is an exaggeration of how small the yearly upgrades are. There’s also the action button, A17 pro (first 3nm chip), 5x zoom camera instead of 3x, and double the minimum storage. And then there’s the small upgrades like the titanium frame, thinner bezels, and slightly better camera. That sounds like a decent upgrade, but it is really only a small change in day to day use. Saying the only new feature is usb c instead of lightning isn’t true at all though.

The only reason I switched from the 14 Pro Max to the 15 Pro Max was because of the natural titanium color, which for me is the prettiest color of all time and matches my Apple Watch Ultra, and the thinner notch.

i've had the 14PM for a year and the battery was at 88% and my 15PM battery health is at 99% and i've had the 15PM since January and it's mid July. The battery health is so much better on the 15PM

I got a 13 pro max and what’s insane ids that the keyboard lags . I upgraded from my xs max which also has the same issues defo feels like apple slowing down older devices. Such powerful phones and simple keyboard lags

Furthermore my brother has an xs max and his freezes up the same way my one use to but at least it doesn’t on my 13pm, I even have video of how bad it is . Literally the phone starts type 4seconds after I have entered my inputs looks like a ghost using the phone

so both my iphone 15 pro max n 14 pro max are running ios 18 (15 is running 18.2 14 is running 18.3 beta 1) n idk why but my 14 feels smoother and it boots up way faster when it dies n just in general my 15 pro max takes forever to turn back on after it dies and just in general

iOS 18 look terrible in Geekbench. My 14 Pro Max on 17.6.1 have better score than 15 Pro Max with iOS 18 in your video. Guess I’ll wait for iOS 18 to be polished.
