Question- I want to add a contact person from one board to another. for example - on 1 board to add contact person name phone number, email etc. and for this automatically create a new contact. How do I do it? it seems the mirror is great for existing contact. Thanks!

Hi Nick, great video. I'm managed to connect boards, and have added a mirror column to bring the email address from Contacts into the workflow board. However when create an Outlook automation using the preset Every time period if Status is X, send an email to someone, the someone selection only gives me the option to add a new column for the email address - it doesn't see the mirrored email address column. I was able to do it previously when I had a manually typed email column in the workflow, but when it uses a mirror column it seems the ability to use a mirrored email address is not there. Do you know of a workaround?

Nick, excellent step-by-step video. I have a question about the differences between VLOOKUP and Mirroring. Are there any features that Mirroring will not allow within a board that VLOOKUP provides? Can you report on Mirrored columns?

question. can you mirror mirrored columns from another board. For instance. I have a businesses board, a projects board, and an orders board. I have the business and contact name mirrored on the projects board from the business board. I want to remirror the business and contact name form the business board that is associated with the project from the project board on my orders board. I am trying to mirror it all from the projects board to the orders board but the mirrored columns on the projects board can not be mirrored again. I am also trying to use a button to transfer to items to the orders board form the projects board. I hope this makes sense.

Great video- Thank you - I have one question, maybe you can help with? When I set up the connection as you explain, when data changes in one board will it change in the other board it is connected with? I am connecting boards named "contacts" and "accounts" and want the info to be two way. If that makes sense. Thanks!
