In regards to your answers to the questions, I’ve been doing cheat days now for almost 5 months now (Every Saturday) and yes the next day or 2 I’m up usually 6-10 lbs but by Tuesday I’m back to my pre cheat day weight! I have also noticed that by Friday I’m lower than before I started my cheat days (which is pretty cool when your BF % goes down too) And usually I just use my cheat days to satisfy cravings that I’ve had all week (donuts in the morning and Cereal, ice cream and something the Walmart bakery in the evening are a must) 💪🏽💯

FYI: Shepards pie is traditionally ground lamb, mixed with veggies, guiness beer, covered with mashed potato, and then baked. Shepards care for sheep, and cowboys work with cattle! If the dish is made with ground beef, Its called a "cottage pie" Cheesecake factory should call this cottage pie! I eat vicariously through you, as I am too old, too sedentary, and to heavy, to allow myself the indulgences 😔

questioneverything here in Australia at least in generations of my family we call shepherds pie any kind of mince with a potato topping with cheese. So beef or lamb. I get what the historical background is but I guess things can change overtime. I actually make a vegetarian shepherds pie regularly with lentils and sweet potato or sometimes a kangaroo mince one.
