I really like what they did for the Angry Beavers. They're not just a switchable character(s), they're a like full on Marvel Vs. Capcom tag team with assists. They look like a lot of fun to play as. Also, Norbert's attack when Dagget summons him with his side special is absolutely Vegeta's assist from FighterZ.

This was amazing spotlight. You can hear his love for the Beavers permeating through the video. Where do i begin? Their animations look fantastic, their tag out mechanic is so fresh in a platform fighter ( in terms of how it works), the combos actuality look insane. Ladies and Gentlemen, THIS is what a game looks like when you invest in its future. This level of polish is insane.

This is the dumbest drama ever. The game literally has 7 more characters than the original did, and the move sets are 1000% more interesting and unique. Most of the cut characters weren’t that interesting anyway. The loud house boy sucked and was probably the most boring, unimaginative moveset, Helga was a main of mine, but she really didn’t have much going for her, and PTM was just a generic big, nothing to see here outside of his toast pellet jank. The only character I will truly miss and wish could have returned is Sandy, because she was one of the truly unique cut characters that actually had some interesting stuff in her kit, but she was pretty jank too Tbh.

Don't like comparisons as they never are accurate, but Tom and Jerry(Multiversus) did something very similar as you were able to control both of them. You couldn't switch, but many characters like Reindog, Arya, and Wonder Woman could pull you across the screen(or themselves) to serve a similar function.

As a huge Angry Beavers fan I can’t put into words how goddamn happy I am that we’re finally seeing Norbert and Daggett again after 22 years. The devs clearly did their research as they were putting them into the game from the art direction to all of the callbacks to past episodes, you best bet I’m buying this on day one and that they’re going to be my mains. Angry Beavers chads, we have truly won.

Yep this is a good enough replacement for Catdog. (Only a few moves change between stances and it is somewhat hard to even know which stance it is)

You know, I thought the two would be like Pyra/Mythra (two characters that can swap between each other, moves are similar, different strengths and weaknesses), but no, they are much more like Zelda/Sheik. The fact that they both have a completely different moveset is really neat and definitely shows how much effort was put into them!
