@powersurge_beast just because a character has a command grab in their kit doesn't make them a Grappler. It's a similar deal to characters like Wario, Mii Brawler, or Kazuya in Ultimate: they may have command grabs, but they are pretty clearly rushdown characters

Once again, y'all are really showing how much you're able to improve on the last game with these animations. Like, El Tigre just looks phenomenal. His attacks, his model, and especially his expressions. My favorite part of him is something minor I focused on. You guys actually put the time to model his smile, and even gave it depth when going through the mask. It's pretty awesome to see. It could have easily just been a texture, but you took the extra mile to actually model it. I love that!!

This isn't inspired mainly by the spacies in Ultimate, but rather is heavily inspired by PM/P+ Wolf. The up-special being used as PM/P+ Wolf's side-special as a finisher is one of those tells. Not to mention the waveshining shield pressure and combo starter x) That character was so much fun to play, so I'm really exited for this guy!

Damn, you guys are on a roll this week. I certainly didn't think El Tigre's showcase would be dropped the very next day after his reveal; figured it would have been spaced out and some other characters would have been shown off next. Don't have too much to say about the character himself though; moveset is pretty straightfoward. Not really sure what makes his neutral special so.... special, since it appears to be a rather basic attack, unless there's something I missed. Do think a better Super would have been to have White Pantera and Puma Loco team up with him to all attack the opponent together, sorta like Shulk's Final Smash in Smash Bros. Still cool to see him in the game, even if I never saw his show back in the day. More shows being represented and more fighters who can actually, well, fight are always welcome.
