I am a huge fan of how they reworked him! My only criticism is that it would be cool to see his food meter deplete as it's being used, as opposed to just going away all at once like it does in the showcase. That way players can have a good idea of how long the buff will last and, more importantly, when it'll run out. There's no feeling worse than thinking you have a buff and running in to do an attack, only for the buff to run out without any warning and leave you vulnerable

I love how they made Garfield so much more expressive, and his new neutral special definitely caught me off guard. My only complaints is that I wish they kept the stomp for his aerial down strong so that it looks different from his aerial down light, I also wish they kept his Pooky special from the first game, and his super attack looks a little awkward. But everything else looks great.

1. Why do I feel like the stomp would be a sort of dive kick special that quickly sends him Down if that were implemented. 2. I wonder if Pooky would at least appear in his Taunts or Idle animation. I feel like from a design standpoint, Pooky being a special in the first game mainly was the result of design limitation... but I could be wrong. 3. I'd like to see how you guys think Gorefield can be added while still being somehow kid friendly. As for his current Super, I wonder what could be done to spice it off a bit since it seems that it's a sort of imagination sequences... but then again, it's probably in character of Garfield to be kinda lazy about it.
