Nickelodeon Error - Why the screen is not in the 16:9 format? (READ DESCRIPTION FOR ANSWER)

For 4:3 content, to prevent any ratio errors happening (which is either cropping it or stretching it), they should make new broadcast files that has black bars hardcoded onto the left and right so it’s a 16:9 video file, which will also remove super small black bars on the left and right. But a consequence to the new broadcast files is that because the file ratio is 16:9, they can no longer shift screen bugs to the 4:3 safe zone (this happens with SpongeBob: Your Shoe’s United/Squid’s Day Off), but it shouldn’t be an issue anyway.
