I was a kid in 2010s so I think Nickelodeon was fire 🔥. I loved all these shows, I just watch planet Sean the least, it’s hard when the side characters become the main characters. Just like the new Patrick start tv show, it’s just too much Patrick

24:55 the only thing I remember about Cousins for Life is that one of the little black kids went on to voice Donnie in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Mutant Mayhem.

If I were to choose a show that I’ve thoroughly enjoyed during the 2010s (specifically live action), would be House of Anubis. Although the acting, and… maybe lack of budget the show sometimes fumbled on at times, I vaguely enjoyed the amount suspense, lore, and enigma they’ve put into the series that me and my 7 year old self find so endearing, which from time to time always have me on the edge of my seat constantly wondering what’s gonna happen next. It had a certain charm and dark aspects to it that many live action shows on nickelodeon at the time didn’t exactly have that really sparked my interest as a kid.

In my opinion; "House of Anubis" as well as "Every Witch Way" were "Harry Potter" for Nickelodeon.

so nick had the og composer for mmpr during the same era where they owned the tv rights for power rangers and thought having em work for a handful of sitcoms instead was the best idea ever

As someone who grew up watching nick on the 2010s; Yeah. I had forgotten most of these shows. I gotta gree with you man, I remember watching most of this stuff to a degree, it was pretty whatever.
@sharpester72773 ай бұрын
That also sums up my thoughts on the network at the time. Where a lot of the stuff on there didn't hold my interest. I often had times where I would watch AMC, Nick @ Nite, and reality TV more often than Nick. With Nick @ Nite, there were occasions where I would get bored with a lot of the stuff on there that I would just wait for Nick @ Nite to come on and watch that instead of the network itself.

I actually watched the loud house last year, and I liked it, heck I still watch the new episodes. Now, I do have to admit it, once they started doing the casagrandes spinoff (or at least having their own sole episodes), it started going down. Pre casagrandes was the actual good stuff. Oh, it was also around the time lincon's voice changed (idk if it was a voice actor change, but it was a very noticeable change). The biggest problem with the show is that it's way too formulaic. Every episode follows one of 3 or 4 formulas, one more prominent than the others. I mean, seriously, a lot of episodes end in the kids taking the blame, and saying that they did the conflict thing, and then everyone loves the kids. When it comes to the seasons themselves, I personally think that the first season might be one of the weakest. There was no continuity between episodes (one episode was all about how the floors were very sloped, yet that never came up before or after, and there was also another episode where lincon tried to get to the big kid table, but then decided to stick the little kid table, yet that also never came up before or after (actually I think those may have been the same episode)). They also tried not showing the parents' faces, but eventually showed their faces in season 2, because that was really not working. I think season 2 or 3 might be the best seasons. Everything after that went downhill (I think the casagrandes were in season 4).

I agree the show turned to crap after season 3 and should've just ended earlier and I'm glad there's another individual whose noticed the lazy writing style that only goes three ways and almost always ending the same way. Episodes being so predictable is what caused me to give up on the show entirely in 2020. But the thing about the continuity is just cartoon logic because this show is actually supposed to be one of those rare 'silly' cartoon / dramatic emotional moral based slice of life fusion shows.

17:25 Yeah you're right even when I was an 8 year old I was incredibly mad over the lack of action there was barely any super powers in season 3 or 4 and there were barely any fights too and the fights they did have they kind of look like the fights in the 1966 Batman show.

100 things to do was actually pretty good. People say it's similar to ned's declassified but it's not. If anything they give 2 distinct perspectives of middle school: surviving it and enjoying it

i actually watched nickelodeon in the 2010s and loved Henry Danger and it was honestly underrated in my opinion and the show was targeted to younger viewers and actually Dan quit working on Henry Danger because he wanted to focus on Game Shakers and the more Henry Danger went on the better it got watch the series finally that is honestly one of the best episodes nick went all out
