Shout! Factory doesn't have the distribution rights to Rugrats unfortunately. Although, it is available through Amazon's MOD program, I wish someone like Shout! Factory would pick the show up and put out a higher quality release. A good show like Rugrats deserves a proper retail release but instead it's just relegated to online only which isn't fair.
