I LOVE seeing all the fans here explaining bar by bar. There are so few artists out there who have such loyal and diverse fans, and Nicki really has people all over the world out here. I love that we all know different sections or references from her insane mental Rolodex. “I tried to give ‘em some Press, they tried to say it was beef” is referencing Cardi’s song “Press” and the situation simultaneously. (another time Rap Genius fails to thoroughly explain the bar). Nicki often seems to have bars that go over the heads of the GP, even me sometimes, because her cultural, academic and other knowledge and recall power is insane. Her bars being too smart for most listeners causes a lot of people to not appreciate her wit, but the Barbz know. She’s got a brain like Eminem, just beyond reason in its creativity and skill. Love this review, just reminded me how much I love the queen 👑 🦄 and I appreciate you trying to expand on her bars. You’re doing well!

I think the gorilla glue thing was real because I remember her having a team of doctors removing it. She mixed up that gorilla glue with the gorilla snot hair gel.
