She attended Exchange All-Age School. I was her grade 6 teacher and indeed she was very disciplined and took corrects On Sports Day,and being in the same house (red ) I could always count on her to run 100m. 200m and 400m including relay. She was a Champion Girl one year. Nickeisha never lost a race and always gave our house points to win on Sports Day. Keep up the good work dear and continue to stay humble.

Nekesha should move up to the 200m with this kind of speed. The 400 have at least 2 senior and super talents currently, that may over shadow her talent . She is already running great 200m at the beginning of her 400m races. She already have the Jamaican speed . Right now everybody is just average in the 200ms. She should run the 200m at Jamaica trials.

Great, the real question is can she transfer that energy into the national trials and the Olympics. The NCAA is long and arduous. NCAAS coaches primary objective is to perform well at the NCAA athletics. Not necessarily the Olympics.
