They kinda have a similar sounding situation with Anna Faris and Chris Pratt. Both sets of actors who got married, had one kid, the husband's career blew up, probably millions of dollars now in his bank account, always away from home filming big budget movies, wife is left at home with the kid, they soon have separate lifestyles, and soon husband is distant and wife realizes she can do better. Both still love each other dearly but both realize love is never enough. You have to move together and grow together. Both issues similar joint statements, and both speak of each other fondly thereafter.

As an only child to two people who have separated twice then divorced...got back together..remarried 5 years later...separated again and almost divorced before trying yet again...and still harbor many negative feelings towards each other but keep on trying. I had a hard time as a child, and I'm an only child...so I got lonely throughout these times. But it was even harder dealing with their relationship struggles in my adulthood. Sometimes love just isnt enough solely for a successful lifelong marriage. And its not always a blessing for them to stay together and for a child to watch constant struggles. I respect that this couple is doing what's best for themselves bc there may be a happier life for them both to come. Misery is not what you wanna teach your kid to keep a hold of if there's no solutions left to to fix their marriage...sometimes people grow into being incompatible. My parents married at 21...your brain isn't even finished developing yet...the part that recognizes consequence is still lacking til then...and prob why this happens to many in their choice of a partner. All I can say is that if you really want to make your marriage work, you will make it work because it’s easy to leave but it’s hard to make it work, if you love someone that much you will stay together no matter what, I think either he cheated or she cheated and they’re just trying to not bring up the fact that someone cheated for the sake of their child. So sad because they’re both going to get old pretty fast and then they’re going to end up with someone that may not make them happy as happy as they were when they were together.

I know people should split up if things are going really really bad but when their are kids in the mix I just hate when the parents say pick who do you want to be with and all the back and forth.
