Grading Out a House Demolition Site | T66 & KX033-4

This client bought a property with an old stone house that had been demolished. This left a pretty big eyesore of a gaping hole in the ground. We cleaned things up and left him with a nice, safely graded area that will be lawn for his kids to play on!

That sickness took us all out for quite a while! Happy to hear you got over it quick! No surgery for me! I get very queasy regarding anything with the human body! I’ve passed out a few times from that. I’ll stick with the heavy machinery!

Definitely a handy little option. I also use it when leveling out the drive motors when doing a fluid change.

On your toes ' ! Lol ! A half hour at the end of yesterday would have saved two hours or more this morning, If it is wet ground park track machines on tree logs in the winter. It's called Commmon Sence.

Do you think a dozer blade on skid steer not do the same?

I think it would be better than a standard bucket, but a skid steer just doesn’t have the same weight and geometry as a Dozer. A dedicated dozer is what I would like instead of spending money on a compromise.
