This time last year I was running 14:30 and only made the last spot for my age group for my school team. It was also around this time last year that I first saw your videos. Nick, I love your content, but please understand that a lot of HS runners watch your channel and want to emulate you. Most states are requiring pretty strict start up guidelines for HS sports requiring masks and social distancing, and when they see this (from and Olympian and someone with a biochemistry degree) it makes coaches jobs that much harder. Even if you don't believe in the severity of the virus, please do better at setting an example for your subscribers.
