2011 at his low the local Latin club booked Nicky Jam for a show. Of course I went down the street to catch a legend for the low. It wasn’t packed so I was comfortably in the first row in front of the stage and off to the left. Nicky Jam walked in by my right to catch the stairs at the far left. I told him yoo “you should be where Daddy Yankee is at.” He smiled and put his fist out to give me a bump 🤜🏼 then ripped the stage. I’m happy to see he eventually earned his just due. Nicky a real 1.
