Frequent interviews are a shortcut to learn and understand your own value. However, the accumulated experience of these interviews until I change a perspective
When I became an interviewer for a software engineer, I realized that the interview was about ten minutes or so, and it basically decided whether the job applicant had the next step.
This video will share with you my experience of finding people along the way after becoming an interviewer and how to make myself a better interviewer.
Because everyone has different ideas, and the team culture and practices of each company are different, some of the points I care about are not necessarily those of other interviewers, but the main key core does not deviate from how a good interviewer should behave.
