I love the consistency of power levels in your videos. I don't care what the power level is, I just want everyone to be on the same page. Other channels seem to struggle with that and it results in 1 guy going for game on 3 other guys who are still settling up.

Love your channel, MTGMUDDSTAH! You are my favorite commander channel bar none. Every other commander channel is all about Cedh or is just there to sell their souls to Wizards (looking at you command zone). But your channel always has a great mix of decks, from casual to semi competitive. Thanks for all you do.

The explanation at the end confused me. Didn't Mike discard the Cyclonic Rift in his opening hand to a Nicol Bolas trigger? He couldn't have used it at the end since it wasn't in hand, yet Muddstah obviously knows and talks with the player, so I don't understand.

Frank shouldnt get double mana when he sacrifice a creature to the altar. Since the creature is sacrificed it doesnt count as "dying" and the altar should only give one mana. Not that it change much in the rend 😜

He's got the OG in the command zone, and clearly is running the other in the 99. As a Bolas player myself, I definitely recognize the From the Vault Nicol Bolas in his command zone. Side note -- definitely the correct call to use the OG as the general. A 7/7 commander is a big deal.

I mean, in cEDH, politics play a lot less of a role, so it makes sense you'd think this, but punishing someone for killing you is pretty reasonable IMHO. It changes what the correct play is from time to time, and can make it incorrect to kill you when it otherwise would have been correct. It's a good idea to make killing you as unappealing as possible, so that's pretty reasonable. If it were just messing with the board, I'd agree, but he's specifically targeting the guy who killed him, so that does change things.

@@jemolk8945 hence why we try to avoid it. It has a tendency to carry over games and then evenings or groups. There are enough reasons to grudge as is. Not saying that it is necessary wrong to build an image but it still is some form of king-making.

@@Coren999 If it does that for you, I suppose that's fair enough as a reason to avoid it. It really hasn't for me or for the other people I regularly play with, but then, it's rarely a matter of blowing up lands. It's more like picking the most painful blocks for an attack, using all your removal, and still dying, but making it cost quite a bit in terms of resources. That, combined with a reputation for always having answers and never having combo kills out of nowhere (so the urgency isn't perpetually there; if I'm going to win, you can see it coming), has kept me alive many a game, because regardless of whether you actually manage to kill me, you may be in a somewhat compromised position for at least a turn afterwards, and success is far from guaranteed.

Frank unfortunately missed a Tithe trigger at 8:47 when the Solemn died and he drew off it, he should have had six treasures at that point. Also yeah with Bolas player at five he would have died to the second Koko trigger not the first not that it mattered as he had no real way to get out of the Pact/Altar sac engine as it was never really dealt with. If that Nature's Claim had been held for one more turn cycle, he could have been stopped and Brudiclad may have come back
