Today I'm sampling the three new deserts from Nicolaï Parfumeur Createur: Pavlova, Macaron Bourbon & Saint Honoré. Let me tell you, I have a clear favourite.

Macaron Bourbon I like a lot and yes, Patricia de Nicolai found the way to balance so well a gourmand bouquet.

Saint Honoré is my favorite and I've already gone through half of my 30 ml bottle. 🙂 They are all certainly beautiful! Nice review.

Love your perfume cabinet . 🙌 These three sound amazing. I’m still getting used to gourmands but Parfums de Nicolai makes some awesome fragrances. I like Neroli intense and Patchouli intense. Very nice both of them. 🙌

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. Saint Honore is the one I like, I might get a 30ml bottle. I am not sure about the drydown yet so a small bottle is a good warmup. I love Iris Medici myself. Nicolai generously included a 15ml travel spray together with my full bottle purchase from their website.

Amazing! Thx for the thoughtful reviews! I am trying to challenge my nose / collection to have at least one or two scents from the 12 Michael Edwards scent catagories. I have lots in 9 catagories. But none in the “water” & “fruity” catagoriess. So I blind bought Pavloval as my 1st Fruity! Happy with it. Also added St Honore to round out the order. Have you ever used his site to categorize your collection? I’d love to know which catatgory you have the most of, and the least of. Thx again!
