Nice! That's a lot more interesting than my story, where he and Patricia Arquette, apparently on a date, dipped into the audience for the planetarium show at the Griffith Park Observatory (entering some time after the lights had gone dark, and leaving before they came back up). When Nick Cage had his house in Bath in the UK, a young lady dropped a note through his letterbox, asking if he would switch on the city's Christmas lights. He could have given a hundred excuses as to why he couldn't (or wouldn't) but he accepted the offer and performed the ceremony. He went down a storm...

this is the first time I read about him living in Bath, shame I didn't know at the time as I moved from Bath to Bristol in 2007 and Google says he was there circa 2009, I would definitely have gone had I been living in Bath at the time, saw The Queen (not the band) there a couple of times !
