Must say we love the content of your vlogs, and the stunning footage that you provide. Hence the fact that we subscribed 😊😊. Just one thing we picked up, as I also do video work and editing, is that your sound levels are not balanced, through the different scenes. We have to up and down the sound on our tv through your videos, which is not a train smash but maybe just something you need to look at. Thanks for your great videos, and keep them coming !!! 👌👌

@@NicoleEddy1 for Nam we were a convoy of 5 vehicles. We met at the border and stayed over at Orange River Lodge. Then shot straight to Windhoek. We stayed at the urban camp in Windhoek ( very cool place to stay while stocking up)Windhoek - Etosha. Etosha north via Van Zyls Pass to Epupa Falls, through kaoakaland to Purros. Then to Terrace Bay. So skeleton coast to Swakopmund, then to walvis bay, then to Luduritz. Then onto Ai-Ais and home. If you send me your email, I’ll send you some pics as well as where we stayed with distances between venues.. Was about 7000 kilometres in 3 weeks. If I had to give you a top tip. Pack lip ice. Make sure your fridge can handle dry heat, and be prepared to spend a small fortune on a valet when you get home. The dust is like baby powder. Which reminds me. Pack a spare air filter and cabin filter for the vehicle. The food is double the price of RSA. For example: a small bunch of old bananas is around R60 and biltong goes around R400 a kilo. You can buy a SIM card for R10 and 3GB of data for R65. But it expires after 7 days. But you can get data anywhere. Signal… mostly. Fuel isn’t an issue until you get far north, say close to the Angola border, then I would carry extra fuel. I have a FJ cruiser. I carried 50ltr reserve. But my 130 liter tank never really dropped below half. Oh and lastly- have fun. Remember everyone will tell you Namibia is beautiful, they’re lying! It’s next level - driving everyday is like watching a movie on your windscreen. The scenery changes every few minutes. And just when you think it can’t get better. You make a turn. And it does. Oh we also did spitzkoppe and sous sous vlei. We stayed in sous sous vlei camp….. if I were you. Don’t. Stay outside the park. Ja send me your mail or your husbands mail and I’ll forward the details. 🤙🏻 ✌🏻

Awesome video guys! How many nights did you stay at Tsendze, I'm looking to make a trip the Kruger next year and need to plan.. is it worth it to stay only at Tsendze or how many nights would you recommend and where to from there? (Was Satara worth it?) My total duration I have for the trip is about 10 days. Your input would be greatly appreciated!
@NicoleEddy14 ай бұрын
Hey :) We stayed there for 3 nights which was perfect to really soak in the campsite & enjoy the drives in the area (Tropic of Capricorn is a must)! I would definitely combine it with another stay or two. Satara is always great for seeing the big cats, so that's a good option and another favourite of mine is Letaba or Olifants if you can't get into Satara. Shingwedzi however is my ULTIMATE best camp in the Kruger, so it could be a good plan to do a couple of nights at Shingwedzi, followed by Tsendze and then Satara.

It is sad to see the change when you enter the camps.
@NicoleEddy12 жыл бұрын
Of course, the degradation in the camps is very blatant but with that being said, we actually thought that a lot of the camps looked in a lot better condition compared to when we were there in 2019 & 2020, so that was encouraging to see!
@scrooge81172 жыл бұрын
@@NicoleEddy1 I should have used more words. I saw a documentary on Kruger's elephants and the damage they do to the flora. What I meant to say was it is sad to see the state of fauna and flora compared to inside the rest camps. People like to think it is because there are less predators inside the or that they water the plants but if you saw that docie you would know things are getting really bad in Kruger. Wildlife management is not what it should be. I believe it is because people will choose certain animals with traits they deem majestic as more important than other or the balance of nature. The reason I made this comment is because your video shows many elephant, I myself love seeing them, but the message is missing.
