Nice to hear what the riders think about the slalom X. As a spectator it's obvious that it's a real plus + 🙂 A true plus is Slalom X with the obstacles also but today conditions were almost too strong and you must take your hat off for these athletes that are pushing this equipment to the limits for us.

Great video! I had a session today on the water and the initial light wind day ended with gusts up to 27 knots. I was on survival mode in chop with my 8,3 sail and was thinking how good you PWA guys are to handle the Pozo conditions at such a high speed.

Nice Nico! In that semi-final restart you definetly figured out how to jibe in the waves using the face. Then in the final, it was "How do you jibe on a wave in traffic." Well, that is something that is very hard to practice. Best of luck - you guys look really good out there. It is soo much easier from my chair, than in the race. But what I would do is; try to find a way to pick a wave early, and mabe a plan B wave as well. And then find a way to commit to the face of the wave I want.

Great action and excitement again. Beautifully filmed and edited. Gybing overpowered with that much swell and chop seems almost impossible to me. I am also surprised how fast you guys get on the board after a fall. With conditions nowhere as challenging as these it takes me five minutes and multiple failed attempts to get riding again. Also getting into the water with these stones and waves looks rather unpleasant.
