Hair fall is always internally not externally, I hv tried everything under the sun didn’t control my hairfall!! My doctor did micronutrient test to check vitamin level in body I was pretty much lacking in most of it🙄 though never felt weak😀 Took iron for hemoglobin and multivitamin, I saw difference immediately and my hair is thick and long thanks to doc and my research!! I was having heavy hairfall ,might hv gone bold soon 😣Guys do research take good multivitamin specially himoglobin level
