Almost every trade depends on the 20 SMA (Simple Moving Average). Mind you it's SMA and not EMA. You can plot it on any time frame. It really works most of the time. I have highlighted the fact, why there was underperformance for 18 months from oct 21 to mar 23, because from april 20 to oct 21, nifty gave a huge return by 150% from 7500 to 18600, after such a big rally, it is bound to correct and consolidate for a long time ( time correction) to adjust for high valuation, because the stocks had run ahead of their fundamentals.

Volatility spike does not spike equally for December series and July series, you can have low volatility for december options and high volatility for July options and you will get really screwed, never try to get positive vega exposure from multiple series, it usually doesn't work, so personally i would tweak this strategy and buy some insanely out of the money puts each month as i sell the 20000 put

If you've bought the 6th July call, selling the same strike of August 3rd, doesn't close the trade in profit. It just adds another leg to it. You'll need to close both legs to close the overall trade. The 200 Rs price difference in the Options is because Aug futures will have more premium in it and also time value. If you're starting off, it's best to stick with simple spreads within the same expiry instead of calendars.
