Earlier the PE used to be calculated on standalone basis and now the PE is calculated on consolidated basis. So is it fair to take an average as it will not show the correct picture.... Cause if the PE is still calculated on standalone basis it would be around 35 to 40 levels....which is at the higher side of the average PE of last 10 years.

In that 10 year , Covid time PE was exceptionally High and that should be eliminated . If you eliminate the covid time abnormal PE expansion , then NIFTY median PE than the current NIFTY PE . Hence Nifty is little overvalued , which could have got stabilized with decent results but the corporate results were very bad.

Wait. If nifty 50 has taken 2.5 years to reach from its 17375 to 23788, due to covid in 2020 March and the global economy was also down. But now global markets are up and there is no incident like covid, but indian market has alone dropped 7% due to 60% of overvalued stocks along with over expensive stocks, plus FII's record breaking withdrawl from the indian market. So the main reason for the current downward trend is due to overvalued stocks/over expensive. In this scenario the only time whne nifty can correct even more is during US Elections from next month till Jan 2025. So nifty will take atleast another 2.5 years after US elections from Jan 2025, so nifty 50 will reach 30000, around June 2028 and not Nov 2025.

Q2 results are below average for most part except few banks. consumption is very down. FII's are selling as other markets like Japan , Korea and Taiwan are more attractive and cheaper. we have record FII's selling in October more than 1 lakh core.... If PE is attractive will they exit india market? .... India Middle class is shrinking due to less jobs and high inflation. i dont see how you are saying that PE will go up based on which economical parameters. Nifty will be around 23 to 24K in next 6 months.

Market will take 2 years and 3 mnths to reach 30000 landmark. Most tight phase will be next year november where the market will bubble up (so called) on 27000+ and again a fall will occur. Post november , market will behave like a cycle with a motorbike engine. Lets see this vdo after 2 years and 3 months.
