ઠક્કરનો ટેસ્ટી હાંડવો | ટ્રેડિશનલ રીતે કૂકરમાં હાંડવો બનાવવાની રીત | Gujarati Handvo Recipe
How to make Handvo in cooker / Handvo Recipe in Gujarati / हांडवो बनाने की विधि / હાંડવો બનાવવાની રીત
Ingredients :- (સામગ્રી)
Serving 7-8 person (૭-૮ વ્યક્તિ)
4 Cup Handvo Flour (હાંડવાનો લોટ) (હાંડવાનો લોટ બનાવવા માટે 3 કપ જાડા ચોખા-1 કપ ચણાની દાળ, 1 કપ તુવેરની દાળ - 1 કપ અડદની ફોતરા વિનાની દાળ લઈ ઘરઘંટીમાં કરકરો લોટ દળીને તૈયાર કરવો)
1 Cup Coarsely Ground Wheat Flour (ઘઉંનો જાડો લોટ)
1 tsp Suki Methi Dana (Fenugreek Seeds) (સૂકી મેથીનાં દાણા)
3 tbsp Refined Oil (For Moyan) (મોણ માટે તેલ)
700ml Sour Buttermilk (ખાટી છાશ)
As required Water (પાણી)
500 grams Grated Bottle gourd (છીણેલી દૂધી)
As per taste Salt (મીઠું)
1 tsp Turmeric Powder (હળદર પાવડર)
3 tbsp Ginger Chilli Paste (આદુ મરચાંની પેસ્ટ)
6-7 tsp Sugar (ખાંડ)
1/4 tsp Cooking Soda (ખાવાના સોડા)
2 tsp Luke Warm Water (હૂંફાળું ગરમ પાણી)
For Tempering (વઘાર માટે)
1 Cup Oil (તેલ)
3 tsp Dry Red Chillies (સૂકા લાલ મરચાં)
2 tsp Mustard Seeds (ઝીણી રાઈ)
1/2 tsp Asafoetida / Hing (હીંગ)
2 tsp Sesame Seeds (તલ)
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder (લાલ મરચું પાવડર)
Sprinkle 3-4 tsp Sesame Seeds 1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder (તલ અને લાલ મરચું પાવડર ઉપર ભભરાવવા માટે)
Serve it with Green Chutney & Tomato Sauce (સર્વ કરવા માટે લીલી ચટણી અને ટામેટાનો સોસ)
